Buckhorn Campground

The Buckhorn Campground is on the eastern shore of Lake of the Arbuckles with 134 tent and RV sites with 30 and 50 amp electric. This is the best campground and day-use area on the lake. Quite a few of the sites have an “up close and personal” view of the lake. The sites are configured into four loops.

Loop A has 20 campsites with 1 handicapped accessible. All sites in this loop are first come, first served.

Loop B has 25 campsites with 1 handicapped accessible. All sites are first come, first served.

Loop C has 41 campsites with 2 handicapped accessible and 17 with electric and water. These sites must be reserved.

Loop D has 48 campsites with 3 handicapped accessible and 24 with electric and water. Sites are first come, first served.

All guests are welcome to use the Buckhorn Pavilion, a covered picnic area with tables and charcoal grills, but without electric service. The pavilion is surrounded by a large green space suitable for a variety of games.

Note: At Buckhorn, you can really get away from it all—there is no cell phone service.
